1. Who we are

The MISARIVA website is operated by ALLDIS EXPRESS S.R.L., a Romanian company registered since 11 iulie 2019, with the details above. MISARIVA is our own brand of leather bags and accessories (EU trade mark application no. 019361030, applicant ALLDIS EXPRESS S.R.L.). ALLDIS EXPRESS S.R.L. is the seller and issues the invoice for every order.

2. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in the currency of the country you choose and include VAT. The valid price is the one shown in the cart when you place the order. We record the order in Romanian lei (RON) at the day’s exchange rate; the amount you pay is the amount shown in the cart, in the currency shown. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if an order is affected, we contact you before dispatch and you may keep it at the correct price or cancel it at no cost.

3. Orders

Orders are placed electronically through the cart. The contract is concluded when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse an order if the product is no longer available, if the delivery details are incomplete, or if there is a well-founded suspicion of fraud.

4. Payment

In Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, Austria, Germany and Italy we accept payment on delivery — you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. In all other countries the order is recorded as “awaiting payment”: we confirm it and send you a secure payment link within 24 hours; the parcel ships once payment is received. Card payment directly on the site is coming soon.

5. Delivery

We ship from our own stock, by courier, free of charge, worldwide, with no minimum order value:

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (Romanian GEO 34/2014, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU). We voluntarily extend this period to 30 days. Notify us at contact@misariva.com with your order number and return the product as received, with its packaging and accessories. Return shipping is at your expense unless the product is non-conforming or incorrect; cash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return address: Jud. 7. Legal guarantee

Products carry the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Romanian GEO 140/2021, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/771). Normal wear, misuse, incorrect care and unauthorised repairs are not covered.

8. Products and photographs

Information on material, dimensions and origin comes from each product’s technical sheet. Genuine leather varies naturally in shade, texture and grain from piece to piece, and screens render colours differently; this is not a lack of conformity.

9. Complaints

Please write to contact@misariva.com first — we reply within 5 working days. You may also contact the Romanian consumer authority ANPC (alternative dispute resolution) or the EU ODR platform.

10. Intellectual property

MISARIVA is a trade mark of ALLDIS EXPRESS S.R.L.. Texts, photographs and graphics on this site may not be reproduced without our written consent.

11. Governing law

Romanian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. In case of any difference between language versions, the Romanian version prevails.
